The tour alternates between West of Highway 23 and East of Highway 23. Currently, we tour West, West, East due to the demand for houses on tour on the west side.

You must be a member, attend the meeting and tour or send a representative. If you have a listing on tour and are not yet an SDCRA member, you must attend a meeting and pay the nominal annual membership fee AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TOUR.

Complete the tour form listed below and return to Tricia Nunemaker by Thursday, the week prior to tour. You will receive a call back to confirm the date you are on tour. Realtors placing properties on this tour must confirm their property with the Tour Director by Friday of the previous week or the home will not be on tour.

If a Realtor confirms with the Tour Director and then does not show up for the meeting or call one of the officers at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting, they will be fined $50.00 (donated to CORPAC) and receive a 30 day SUSPENSION from including any other properties on our tour.
